![]() Murad HouryMurad Houry is a senior pre-med student majoring in Philosophy and double minoring in Health Care Studies and Natural Sciences. He is also a research assistant in USC's Department of Molecular and Computational Biology and a Resident Assistant in Fluor Tower. Murad plans to enroll in a dual MD/MPH program and work in communities of color. He proudly embraces his Eritrean heritage and is excited to make PASA as inclusive of an organization as it can be. | ![]() Sofia EliasSofia serves as a Resident Assistant (R.A.) at Webb Tower Residential College, the Director of Public Relations for the Habesha Student Association (HSA), and previously hosted CU@USC, a student run talk show on Trojan Vision. Upon graduation, Sofia plans to pursue an M.A. in Strategic Public Relations and aspires to work in the Public Relations industry. | ![]() Samrawet SamuelSamrawet Samuel is a junior majoring in Policy, Planning and Development on a Health Management track and minoring in International Health, Development and Social Justice. After graduation, she plans on getting her MHA to pursue her passion for health and serve her community by reducing health disparities and increasing health literacy among underprivileged and underrepresented groups. |

![]() Margella EladMeet Margella Elad! Margella Elad is a junior majoring in Human Biology and minoring in Healthcare Administration. Her goals and aspirations are to work as a physical therapist in either sports medicine or a clinical setting. She currently volunteers at the Engemann Health Center in the Physical Therapy Clinic. On campus she is heavily involved. Her goals for PASA this year is to promote inclusivity of all African cultures and create a lit environment for the African culture to grow and thrive | ![]() Ijeoma OtiIjeoma Oti is a junior majoring in Philosophy, Politics, and Law and minoring in Human Rights and Business Finance. Upon graduation, she plans to pursue a J.D./MBA and practice as an international human rights lawyer. She calls PASA home because it is a place for ALL students of African descendant to share their narratives and celebrate their pasts, presents, and futures. | ![]() Bianca VekimaBianca is currently a senior majoring in Global Health and minoring in International Relations. She is from Northville, MI but her family is originally from Cameroon. Upon graduation, Bianca plans to pursue both a Master's in Public Health and a DDS degree. She one day hopes to run her own dental practice AND commit to improving access to healthcare in underserved communities. |
![]() AkuaAkua Prempeh is a junior majoring in Business Administration. She is Ghanaian but was born was in Anaheim California. She calls PASA a home away from home because it is a place where you get to relax ,share your passions and interests about the African continent and the African Diaspora. | ![]() Shiku WangombeShiku is originally from Kenya but has lived in a few countries around the world including Nigeria and Tanzania.She is passionate about conserving wildlife and helping people, and hopes to do both when she returns to Kenya after completing both her Bachelors and Masters degrees. She is excited to share in the thoughts and ambitions of the African student body at USC and hopes to one day see these same students use their talents to create a lasting impact in Africa and the African Diaspora. |
